Lineside Industrial Estate is located on the west side of Littlehampton. The Town centre is approximately one mile to the south east whilst the A27 south coast trunk road is approximately four miles to the north. The estate is accessed directly off the A259 Littlehampton By Pass and is within easy walking distance of both Littlehampton Mainline Railway station and the adjacent retail park where occupiers include Tesco, Currys and Wickes.
Littlehampton is approximately 6 miles to the west of Worthing and 5 miles to the east of Bognor whilst Brighton and Chichester are 24 miles to the east and 14 miles to the west respectively.
